The quickest way to get in touch is through our contact form. We read every message and aim to reply within a few working days.

Website support
To help us respond quickly, it's useful to mention:
- What you were trying to do (for example, which palette and pixel size).
- What happened versus what you expected.
- The device and browser you were using.
- An optional screenshot of the issue, with personal details removed.
8-Bit Studio mobile app support
Use the same contact form and mention 8-Bit Studio. Please include:
- Your app version and build number (shown in TestFlight for beta builds).
- Your phone model and iOS or Android version.
- The steps you took, what you expected and what happened.
- An optional screenshot with personal photos or details left out.
TestFlight testers can also send feedback through TestFlight. Personal source photos are not needed for routine support. For advertising choices, open Privacy Options in the app's Settings when available. Read the mobile app privacy section for details.
Feature requests
Want a palette we don't have yet, a different export size, or a new effect? Tell us. Many of the current palettes were added because people asked for them, and we keep a running list of ideas from user feedback.
