What to include

To help us respond quickly, it's useful to mention:

• What you were trying to do (for example, which palette and pixel size).
• What happened versus what you expected.
• The device and browser you were using.
• A screenshot, if the issue is visual.

Feature requests

Want a palette we don't have yet, a different export size, or a new effect? Tell us. Many of the current palettes were added because people asked for them, and we keep a running list of ideas from user feedback.
